Formerly the host of his own local TV series, broadcast on U.A.Columbia, Matt is also the author of many training courses, manuals, publications, articles, audio cassettes, and video tapes. The range of topics include: Test Taking Techniques, Student Success Skills, How To Remember Names, Persuasion Power Techniques, Network Marketing Success, How To Become A Speaker That People Want To Hear, and his best selling video, “How To Fail Your Way To Success”, just to name a few. Matt’s track record as a “Heavy Hitter” in sales is well established; having been in the top 1/10th of 1% of all producers with a multi-billion dollar company. He lead his team to produce Tens Of Millions of dollars in sales volume. His commitment to developing the skills in others has accounted for many of them becoming ‘Top Guns’ in their own right.
Originally born and raised in Nutley, New Jersey, Matt was a Lay Minister at the parish church where he grew up.

Now living near the beach just outside Fort Lauderdale in South Florida, Matt recently moved back to the United States, from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad, where he was living in ‘semi-retirement’. Matt is happily married to his wife Anna, and is the proud daddy of a young daughter, Alina, who was born in the Islands in 2000. |

Matt is also a professional keyboard player who writes, arranges, and records his own brand of synthesized music. He has performed at many of Trinidad’s top venues including The Anchorage, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Jenny’s on the Boulevard, The Island Club Casino at Grand Bazaar, and The Chaguaramas Convention Center. He even performed multiple times for the country’s Prime Minister, Basdeo Panday. |
To pursue grander goals, Matt returned to the USA and business pursuits. He has been instrumental in the formation and development of several prosperous companies. Recently, Matt left the parent company behind Donald Trump's "The Trump Institute", where, in addition to being a multi-million dollar personal producer, he developed the hiring & training procedures, and wrote all the sales scripts for the Advanced Training and Personal Coaching/Mentoring programs.
Today, Matt DiMaio is taking on new consulting projects for companies who wish to improve their sales results. As a "Sales Turn-Around Specialist", he has helped many companies succeed, who were either in start-up mode, or were suffering from dismal sales. Matt has the ability to learn any company's selling system and product line, and then apply his unique capabilities to helping any sales team to achieve dramatic bottom-line improvments quickly. He has maintained a perfect track record of being a sales trainer who always gets results!
NOW, after several years away from the spotlight, Matt finally returns to actively conducting his signature seminar series: "Amazing Learning Systems". He is conducting public seminars at establishments of higher learning throughout South Florida.
